HOUSE OF UR PTY LTD operates the House of Ur platform. Refund requests may be handled by Paddle and/or by us as described below.
2. Subscriptions
- Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Paddle’s customer billing portal or by emailing billing@house-of-ur.com.
- After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current paid period; the plan does not renew.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused days in a billing period unless required by law or agreed in writing.
3. Shekels and credit packs
Shekels are prepaid platform credits used for metered features (for example AI usage and search). Included monthly Shekels are part of your subscription and expire at the start of each new billing period.
- Consumed Shekels are not refundable. Once credits are used, they cannot be returned to cash.
- One-off credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once Shekels have been credited to your House, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
- If a technical error caused a duplicate charge or failed delivery of purchased credits, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and correct the account or arrange a refund where appropriate.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@house-of-ur.com with:
- Your House name or account email
- Paddle transaction or invoice reference (if available)
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method where possible.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) under applicable law.
